    Yes. All our cleaners use premium commercial cleaning equipment and products to deliver an exceptional result every time.

  • What if our regular cleaning falls on a public holiday?

    Our cleaners can come to you on a public holiday, but if you don’t need us that day, simply let you client manager know at least 24 hours before.

  • How often will you clean my home or business?

    Your cleaning schedule will reflect your budget and needs, but we recommend a weekly or twice-weekly clean for optimal cleanliness.

  • What happens to our keys/security cards?

    One of the reliable cleaners in your cleaning team will take care of your keys or security cards after they sign a key/card allocation form for our records. In the unlikely event your key or security card goes missing, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

  • How much do you charge?

    The cost will depend on your cleaning tasks. Speak to us about a custom quote for your needs.

  • How do we pay for our cleaning services?

    We’ll invoice you, but you can pay by card, EFT or cash.

    All our staff receive thorough, regular training in environmentally friendly practices, such as how to dispose of rubbish correctly. Our cleaners can also use eco-friendly cleaning products.

    We have a choice of regular, premium cleaning products and vegetable-based, eco-friendly cleaning products. All our products deliver an excellent quality clean.

  • Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

    In the unlikely event your cleaning doesn’t meet our high-quality standards, we’ll re-do it at no extra cost, or we won’t charge you for the first cleaning.

  • Are you insured in case something goes wrong?

    Yes, we have the highest level of public liability insurance available in Australia, which covers us for $20 million.

  • Are your cleaners screened?

    Yes. All our cleaners provide a police check before they join our team.
